Our Vision
The vision for service delivery at ICP is to provide a variety of services to potential clients in multiple locations. Whatever client’s require, mental health support, including clinical guidance, exploration of the self, relationships, and potential barriers to achieving mental wellness. They can find the support they need at ICP. Our many locations offer different communities the ability to receive the needed services. In addition, our wide footprint helps to provide a flexible framework for our clinicians to achieve a healthy work-life balance. We have always kept cultural diversity at the center of our service model and make it a priority that we have many providers that are bilingual and bicultural part of our team.

Jennifer L. Allen believes in collaborating with her clients in order to provide a strengths-based, person-centered approach to therapy. Nationally Certified Counselor, LPC, and would love to assist you in bettering your life. Through working in the mental health field, I have discovered that my life’s passion is assisting individuals in achieving their goals and living happy and healthy lives. My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe that building a safe and warm therapeutic environment is essential to any therapeutic relationship. I will always tailor our dialog and your treatment plan to meet your specific needs and meeting you where you are. Bianca Boyce obtained her Master of Social Work degree from Dominican University. Her experience includes working with couples, families, teens, groups, and individuals. She is trained in Advanced Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Exposure Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Processing, Dialectical therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mind-Body Therapy Training, Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Couples and Family Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and Accelerated Resolution Therapy My approach to the therapeutic process is based on creating a healthy, non-judgmental therapeutic relationship valued on authenticity, compassion, and creativity. As a trained art therapist and counselor, I practice person-centered therapy while using a harm-reduction model and the creative process. Adjustment disorder, ADHD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, complex trauma, autism spectrum disorders to psychosis. Megan works with all types of clients ranging from children and adolescents to adults. Clare is passionate about the holistic connection between the mind, body, and spiritual self. She aims to learn about what has shaped each person's habits, perceptions, and thought processes so that she can offer a helpful and collaborative experience. Clare has her bachelors in social work and is currently working towards her masters in social work from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Drew understands what it feels like to navigate through the counseling process and holds that it can be one of life’s most transformational experiences. He has a particular interest in men’s mental health and aims to help men develop new narratives in which it is encouraged to discuss thoughts, feelings, and concerns. Drew brings a nonjudgmental and optimistic approach to counseling and believes there is always hope in any given situation. As a therapist, I aim to guide and support clients in developing a deeper insight into the circumstances influencing how events in their life have unfolded and in discovering their interests and what motivates them. I heavily incorporate the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach into my counseling. Through this approach, I assist clients with developing an understanding of the cause-and-effect Children, adolescents, adults, families and couples. Anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, parenting challenges, marital problems and people who are dealing with issues related to ethnic identify and race. Brenda works with children, adolescents, & families, using a variety of innovative techniques like play therapy, art, & music. She works with victims of domestic violence and at risk youth. Adjustment disorders, anxiety/OCD, hoarding, personality disorders, depression, complicated relationships, adolescent issues, sexual support, integrated health issue support, cultural issues, gay/lesbian/transgender issues, pre-marital, and pre-pregnancy issues, and abuse history. I work with people of all ages, identities, and backgrounds. I approach my work with respect for the individual, a non-judgmental attitude, and genuine curiosity. I would like to find how you experience the world, help you find patterns that lead to suffering, and assist you in breaking those patterns. I have a particular interest in working with complex trauma, but I work with all people, whatever the concerns. Robin has been working children and families for almost 20 years. She believes that each individual has the capacity to heal and may just need some support, guidance, and encouragement to get there. Robin uses a variety of therapeutic modalities to reach treatment goals but most importantly wants you as the client to feel empowered, seen, and validated. Anxiety/depression, teens, pre-teens, ADHD/ADD, eating disorders, self-mutilation, suicidal ideation, abuse, addiction, death, and trauma. LGBTQ community. I am currently finishing up my Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from National Louis University. I work with clients of all ages throughout their life spans, and especially love working with children and adolescents and their families. As a person-centered therapist, my philosophy is that good therapy begins with developing a trusting, non-judgmental, and respectful relationship. I want my clients to feel understood and valued. I aim to be present, supportive and accepting- allowing you to just be. Maria loves working with young children. She also does work with adolescents, adults, groups, and families. I am a graduate student currently obtaining a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Concordia University Chicago. I currently have a BA in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. As a student in the Latinx Mental Health concentration, I am dedicated to working with marginalized communities to provide mental health services that are culture and trauma-informed. Individuals, couples, families and groups. Anxiety, depression, teens in crisis and interpersonal relationship work, including family therapy, marriage counseling and those working through overcoming trauma. April specializes in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention/management, depression, and anxiety. She also has other clinical interests including assisting with relational problems, child and adolescent issues, LGBTQIA+ related stressors, stress management, and cultural/identity concerns. I work with individuals, families and couples of all genders, races, and ages to help empower themselves to process life’s daily challenges, ADHD, anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationship work, trauma, women’s issues and LGBTQ issues. I specialize in helping mothers and fathers navigating prenatal/postpartum depression. Victoria Zamora is a graduate student finishing her Clinical Mental Health Counseling degree at National Louis University. She has experience as a family advocate and parent coach both in childcare settings as well as with families involved with DCFS.
