Clare is passionate about the holistic connection between the mind, body, and spiritual self. She aims to learn about what has shaped each person’s habits, perceptions, and thought processes so that she can offer a helpful and collaborative experience. Clare has her bachelors in social work and is currently working towards her masters in social work from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Support Groups for adults and adolescents coping with COVID-19
Our world has changed dramatically due to the current pandemic. If you’re struggling with these changes and feeling stressed, this group is for you. This group will provide a safe space for people to come together and connect while learning valuable tools for coping with stress.
ADULTS: Saturdays from 3PM-4PM for the foreseeable future, beginning on Saturday, May 2. ADOLESCENTS 13-17:Saturdays from 3PM-4PM for the foreseeable future, beginning on May 2.
Group members will be provided with an invite to a HIPAA-compliant virtual meeting room prior to the start of the first group. Insurance will be billed.
