Jasmine Banner-Hubbard, LCPC, NCC, CASDCS, Clinical Supervisor

Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Senior Associate Director of Clinical Operations

I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with a Counseling Specialization and a concentration in Child and Adolescent Treatment from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, and Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist.

My professional experience spans inpatient, outpatient, private-practice, and behavioral health settings. I have worked with adolescents, adults, individuals, and families, including clients experiencing serious mental illness and families referred by the Department of Children and Family Services. My broader professional background in behavioral health consulting and clinical operations also informs my understanding of coordinated, person-centered care.

I believe meaningful change begins within a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, compassion, and genuine connection. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment where clients feel safe, understood, and respected. My approach is collaborative and individualized, allowing me to meet clients where they are while helping them build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward lasting change.

Areas of Focus / Specialties

I work with individuals who are navigating:

  • Anxiety and depression
  • Autism and neurodiversity-related concerns
  • Self-esteem and identity concerns
  • Anger and emotional regulation
  • Stress and the development of healthy coping skills
  • Relationship and family challenges
  • Parenting concerns
  • Crisis, and significant life transitions
  • Serious and persistent mental health concerns
  • Challenges affecting adolescents and adults

I am also committed to reducing the stigma surrounding mental health care, particularly within minority and historically underserved communities. My work is informed by person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, humanistic therapy, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care. I tailor each session and treatment plan to the client’s individual needs, incorporating practical coping strategies, thoughtful reflection, skill-building, and opportunities for greater self-awareness.

Clients can expect me to be warm, compassionate, interactive, and nonjudgmental. Sessions include honest conversation, practical support, collaborative problem-solving, and gentle challenge when helpful. I value each client’s individual strengths and experiences, and I work to ensure that therapy moves at a pace that feels both supportive and productive.

Reaching out for support is a meaningful step. I consider it a privilege to walk alongside clients as they navigate challenges, recognize their strengths, and work toward greater emotional well-being.
