I am a graduate student at Adler University. My approach to the therapeutic process is not only integrative, but also creating a non-judgmental, safe, fruitful, healthy, and fun relationship. I value empathic understanding, compassion, diversity, and creativity. I love working with people from different backgrounds and addressing racial, gender, and cultural issues. As a counselor-in-training, some of my approaches include mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, internal family systems, relational-cultural theory, strengths-based therapy, feminist theory, acceptance and commitment therapy, Adlerian theory, and existential therapy. I will do my absolute best to personalize our therapeutic relationship and your treatment plan to be able to meet where you are at.
