I treat people who are struggling with: School adjustment issues, parenting, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, anxiety, depression, and emotion regulation.
I work with: I worked with children ages 3-18 as a school social worker for 12 years. I enjoy working with people of all ages.
My approach includes: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Existential Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy.
