Her clientele often presents with a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, OCD, perinatal and postpartum issues, parenting guidance, ADHD, PTSD, and difficulties adjusting to life transitions. She empowers her clients to heal by fostering self-efficacy, developing new skills, providing psychoeducation on their experiences, and building resilience through healthy coping strategies. Stephanie is particularly passionate about assisting mothers and fathers in navigating prenatal and postpartum discussions and parenting decisions. She also finds great fulfillment in educating clients about ADHD and executive functioning, whether to support their own experiences or to enhance their connection with a loved one’s needs.
Stephanie encourages clients to incorporate their religion, faith system, and culture into their healing process, leveraging these elements to overcome unhealthy coping behaviors. She offers opportunities for clients to engage in faith-based therapy or to heal from faith-based trauma or conflicts. Stephanie integrates various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, person-centered, strength-based, and radical acceptance perspectives, to guide clients in identifying and achieving their goals. She firmly believes in empowering clients to take an active, accountable, and initiative-driven role in their therapeutic journey.
