As a Mental Health Counselor Patrick provides a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space for individuals navigating anxiety, stress, identity exploration, and life transitions. He takes a person-centered and collaborative approach to counseling, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and somatic techniques to help clients better understand their experiences, regulate emotions, and build resilience.

Patrick also enjoys integrating creative modalities into the therapeutic process, including art, music, and film. He believes that creative expression can provide meaningful opportunities for self-discovery, emotional processing, and healing. Whether through conversation, reflection, or creative exploration, his goal is to help clients feel more connected to themselves, their strengths, and their personal stories.
