Jessica Rodriguez, LPC, NCC (she/her) approaches her work from an eclectic lens integrating
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative
Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy and is trained in ART. She is a culturally competent therapist
committed to creating a safe space for clients by establishing rapport and building trust in the
therapeutic relationship. Jessica meets clients as they are and empowers them to achieve their goals.

My Background:
I received both my Masters of Education and Bachelors of Arts from DePaul University. I gathered
experience from working in different instructional settings to provide daily support and crisis
intervention and prevention to elementary age children and young adults with behavioral issues. I work
with individuals, couples and families, adolescents | Trauma, depression, anxiety disorders, low self
esteem, body dysmorphia, relationship issues, women’s issues, multicultural issues, LGBTQAI+,
intellectual disabilities, grief, career counseling.
