Licensed Professional Counselor

I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from The Wright Institute. My professional background includes working in private practice and school-based therapy. 

I believe therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, curiosity, and compassion. My approach is collaborative, individualized, and insight-oriented, I work alongside clients to deepen self-understanding, build on their strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My work is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), Solution-Focused Therapy, and psychodynamic approaches, and is tailored to each client’s individual needs, experiences, and goals. Together, we explore how past experiences, relationships, and internal patterns may be influencing how you feel and respond in the present, while also identifying your strengths and what is already working. I integrate insight with practical tools and strategies to help you navigate challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
