Alison Abraham is a Clinical Mental Health BA Counseling intern who approaches therapy from a trauma-informed, holistic lens that honors the connection between mind, body, and lived experience. She believes healing is not only about symptom relief, but about understanding one’s story, building self-awareness, and creating new pathways toward resilience and wellness. Alison has a strong interest in working with trauma, childhood emotional neglect, attachment-related concerns, and the ways early experiences shape how we relate to ourselves and others. She also integrates an appreciation for somatic awareness and believes the body often holds important pieces of the healing process. She strives to provide a collaborative and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences at their own pace. Alison is committed to meeting people with curiosity and care as they work toward greater self-understanding, stability, and growth.
