Natalie Miller, LPC

Finding Balance and Building Resilience
Natalie Miller, LPC, NCC, offers a compassionate, integrative, and holistic approach to navigating the therapeutic process. She emphasizes the importance of understanding nervous system responses and how the body can signal safety to the mind. By bringing awareness to how thoughts and beliefs impact emotions and behaviors, she empowers clients to align their values with their actions. By holding space for introspection, the goal is to uncover and dismantle self-limiting patterns. For creative individuals, she integrates journaling, movement, and visual mapping into the therapeutic process.
Natalie holds a B.A. in Psychology, Art Therapy, and Studio Arts, with a minor in Photography, and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from DePaul University. Her clinical work is informed by her education and lived experience as an entrepreneur and professional photographer working on a national scale. This background allows her to balance observation with intentional action, creating a collaborative and attuned therapeutic space. Her yoga and mindfulness practice offers perspective on complementary pathways that can be incorporated into the healing journey.
Whether working through life transitions, addiction, trauma, or relational challenges, Natalie is dedicated to helping individuals build the adaptive skills needed for lasting well-being.
