Mini Cheng

Mini Cheng is an empathetic and compassionate counselor. As an Asian immigrant, she is culturally aware and sensitive. She recognizes and appreciates the influence that culture can have on how we think and how we perceive ourselves, our emotions, and our life circumstances.
Mini draws from different modalities and theories including person-centered, attachment-based, and DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy). Her approach is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental. Mini believes that a strong professional relationship between client and therapist is essential for effective therapy. She aims to establish a safe and supportive space where clients can work at their own pace to improve their well-being and interpersonal relationships.

She is fluent in Chinese and English.
