I believe therapy is about creating an outlet for you to inspire change in your life. My goal is to
create a warm and open-minded therapeutic environment for all intersectionalities. Together, we
will collaborate to create achievable goals, tailored to your needs. I value my role as a therapist
and will meet you where you are at.
My counseling style is eclectic, focusing on holistic healing, growth, and self-empowerment. I
utilize a person-centered approach that combines dialectical behavioral, cognitive behavioral,
and trauma-informed care. Additionally, I am very passionate about meditation and mindfulness
practice and integrate them into sessions where beneficial.
