Jaret Ross is a compassionate and skilled bilingual Licensed Social Worker (LSW) with a master’s in Social Work from Loyola University. Originally from Mexico, she emigrated to the United States at the age of 16, an experience that shaped her deep understanding of cultural adaptation and resilience.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Jaret has extensive experience working with refugees, children, adolescents, and adults. She integrates evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), into her practice. This holistic approach allows her to address a wide range of mental health challenges while empowering her clients to harness their inner strength, challenge negative beliefs or patterns that may impede their process, and focus on achieving their goals.
