Annie Chang is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Master’s level graduate of Art Therapy. Annie’s approach to the therapeutic process is based on creating a healthy, non-judgmental therapeutic relationship valued on authenticity, compassion, and creativity.
As a trained art therapist and counselor, Annie practice person-centered therapy while using a harm-reduction model and the creative process. Annie loves to work collaboratively to explore one’s personal experiences and intersectional identities to help facilitate healing and self-growth.
Annie has experience working with clients who have struggled with a wide range of mental health disorders including trauma with crisis training. Her specialties include addressing trauma and PTSD, substance use disorders, and identity development* in a safe and brave space.
