“As a Latina, Chicago-Born Therapist, it has been my mission to raise awareness around the
importance of mental health and ending stigma in our communities. Coming to therapy is no
easy task and my role as a therapist is to create a culturally-sensitive, safe space in order to
explore challenges, investigate patterns, and also celebrate accomplishments. I believe we all
have the potential to reach our goals and begin our healing journey with support and
collaboration. In order to do this, I meet my clients where they are presently at and take it from
there to reach their goals. Let’s work together to create change.”
