About me:
My name is Karina Breezer. I am a graduate of Concordia University Chicago. In 2018, I was named Emerging Leader, for the Association for Child and Adolescent Counseling. Since 2017, I have sat on the board of ACACI; where I have had the pleasure of helping children and adolescents thrive. In 2016, I joined Crisis Text Line; a free, 24/7, confidential text message service for people in crisis. Currently, I volunteer my time for New Moms, Hepzibah, CCF, ICA, Housing Forward, and Synapse House.
I provide all of my clients with a comfortable space to navigate and overcome their personal obstacles. Using clinically tested and evidence-based practices, it is my privilege to work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families to help you process and overcome your barriers in a healthy, safe, and holistic manner.
I work creatively with compassion and care to address the concerns of all my clients; based on the premise that each individual is the expert of their own life. My main role as a clinician is to help guide my clients in a collaborative manner through their journey of healing and/ or exploration of life concerns. Whereby, my intentions are to create a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and behaviors in order to meet your goals.
“Every good thought, every good word, every good emotion, and every act of kindness is lifting the vibration of your being to new heights. And as you begin to lift your vibration a new life and a new world reveal itself to you.”
