I work with people of all ages, identities, and backgrounds. I approach my work with respect for the individual, a non-judgmental attitude, and genuine curiosity. I would like to find how you experience the world, help you find patterns that lead to suffering, and assist you in breaking those patterns. I work predominantly from an insight-oriented framework, but I also have training in skill-based interventions that we can utilize along the journey. I have a particular interest in working with complex trauma, but I work with all people, whatever the concerns.
I am currently finishing my dissertation to complete my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I was awarded my Master of Clinical Psychology degree at that institution, as well. My training and clinical experience include work in hospital inpatient and outpatient settings, community mental health, in-home therapy, and college counseling.
