Sarah is completing an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Concordia University Chicago and joins Innovative Counseling Partners as a clinician intern. Sarah has 22 years of professional experience in education and not-for-profit work. Her experience includes diverse volunteer roles from disaster relief work during the 1992 Los Angeles riots to lay-person pastoral work as a Stephen Minister. Sarah is currently doing outreach for Willow House grief center.
Sarah’s calm demeanor and positive outlook lends itself to mindfulness and cognitive behavioral therapies. Sarah specializes in grief and loss, overcoming crises, navigating life’s transitions, and relationship work including marriage, family and couples counseling. Sarah is passionate about interpersonal communication and organization including executive functioning. Sarah works with all ages and can work with you via telehealth or in person at ICP’s North Riverside office.
