As a licensed clinical professional counselor I believe in meeting clients where they are. I believe that a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship can provide the foundation for achieving a greater sense of well-being. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, adults, families and couples. I have a multicultural and collaborative approach. I work with people with of variety of issues, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, parenting challenges, marital problems and people who are dealing with issues related to ethnic identify and race. I believe that every person has the capacity to get a greater sense of self-awareness, identify strengths and make the necessary changes to make the appropriate choices to be able to live a meaningfully life.
